A market leading organisation based in High Wycombe are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their TEAM. You will be responsible for all aspects of AR administration, including the raising of credit notes in response to customer queries which have been logged. You will ensure that the process is managed effectively and all credit notes and invoices are raised in timely manner in accordance with the agreed SLA's.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Check the approved QLS that come into the team and are included in the relevant allocation
Ensure any contract amendments have been actioned so the issue has been root caused. Liaising with Internal Customers - customer services, contracts admin. & supply chains to resolve queries
Process the Major/SME Customer approved QLS by raising the relevant credits.
Any approved QLS that are incorrect are rejected back to the relevant business, with a detailed explanation of what is required in order to prevent recurrence of the same issue.
Provide an analytical review and key insights to the reasons for QLS and the trends. Succinctly communicate these to Internal Stakeholders
Raise any ad hoc invoices and credits where requested.
Dealing with Customer queries received into the business by post and e mail to the central e mail boxes
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting for use by both the Accounts Receivable Team and the wider business, in addition to the ability to provide ad hoc reports and analysis to give insight to the Business on trends and forecasts.Skills Required:

Minimum of 12 months experience within a finance role
Advanced Excel skills which must include Lookup's and Pivot Tables is essential
Experience working with a computerised accounting function
Ability to produce ad hoc reports to give business insights
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines using own initiative
Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
