VACANCY:
Sales and Customer Service Agent (No experience necessary - full training given)

RATES OF PAY/PERKS:
* GBP18,400 - GBP30,00 (Bonus / OTE)
* Paid 8 week training programme - with an attendance bonus
* Social events calendar 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
* On a Friday you will be permitted to 'dress down' and you will get an early finish
* Refer a friend scheme - GBP100 bonus
* No weekend work
THE ROLE:
Working in a fast paced, yet fun environment, my client is looking to recruit 50 Telesale Agents on a full time - permanent basis.
You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service time and time again, and be willing to develop new and existing sales, customer service and business skills.
A resilient, hard working and determined nature is absolutely critical.
Employees are rewarded by way of a generous commission structure, attendance incentives and other bonus schemes.
THE HOURS:
8 hour shifts on a rota system / No weekends!
ESSENTIAL:
1. You must be available to attend an assessmnet / interview session which lasts circa 2 hours (choice of dates)
2. You must be able to commit to a paid 8 week training course - which includes a GBP40 per week attendance bonus
DESIRABLE:
1. 1 year experience in a call centre / sales role
2. Located close to Swansea centre
3. B2B/C experience
Experience is not essential, but being target / KPI driven is recommended.
