The Role: The Residential Specification Sales Manager will be proactively targeting national & regional housebuilders, housing associations, and small developers across the South London and Southern Home Counties region. You will be selling a market leading basket of fibre-cement building products used for cladding, facias, and flooring applications within new-build housing developments as an alternative to brick or rendering finishes. Your role will be varied day to day and you will be liaising with all levels of decision maker such as Design Managers, Architects, Procurement, and Site level contacts. Although this role covers London, most of your time & business will be outside of the M25.

Most of your time will be winning new specifications, however there is also the opportunity to break spec with the Housebuilders themselves if using an outside Architect. Therefore, someone who is hungry, ambitious, and can spot an opportunity in this market will do very well.
