Salary: GBP25-35k including commission and bonuses

Role in a nutshell
- Manage a property portfolio of private residential tenancies
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Negotiating terms of tenancy agreements
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Recovery of tenancy arrears and service of notices, S21 and S8
