Job PurposeAs an Offer & Onboarding Coordinator in the People and Culture team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional new joiner onboarding experience as well as developing line manager service and optimising how we bring people into the Firm.
Role & Responsibilities- Working closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an efficient offer and onboarding activities for new joiners and line managers.
- Maintaining new joiner reports, including status updates and changes to start dates.
- Ensuring offer and onboarding activities are compliant, aligned to the Firm's talent acquisition processes and policies.
- Maintaining frequent valuable communication with new joiners and line managers on an on-going basis.
- Delivering new joiner engagement activities for the early careers intakes.
- Coordinating visa sponsorship of new joiners (where required) with talent acquisition team members, immigration services, new joiners and line managers.
- Ensuring pre-employment checks are complete for all new joiners, including references, right to work checks etc.
- Coordinating new joiner kit with the BizTech team.
- Coordinating first day inductions with the National Administration and Talent Development Teams.
- Supporting talent acquisition initiatives aligned to Firm objectives.
- Experience of coordinating new joiner onboarding processes for early careers programmes and lateral experienced hires.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking system/s for offer and onboarding activities.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Experience of optimising offer and onboarding processes for new joiners.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an effective style of communication and collaboration, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required.
- A team player who is adaptable to new circumstances and comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.
- A positive, proactive approach and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
- MS Office skills (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal skills; the ability to build client relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility.
