Supply Chain Administrator
Scunthorpe
Office Based Role
Hours: 25 hours per week- Flexible but must be Mon-Fri
Salary: GBP14,000
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a Supply Chain Company who are looking to grow the business.
The Role:
You will take on administration duties with the Supply Chain department, this will include report creation and customer order reviews.
Duties & Responsibilities: Although the below duties will be your daily tasks, the perfect candidate must be willing to take on any duties assigned to them.
Reviewing customer orders for stock availability.
Managing new item number set-ups within the company system for consumables and finished goods.
Recording, maintaining and working towards all KPI's for the Supply Chain department.
Production of daily and weekly reports for the Supply Chain department, to be distributed around the company and to external customers.
General Admin duties. You will need:
A high level of communication skills in order to interact with internal and external customers.
A high level of analytical skill, with excellent attention to detail.
Good level of Numeric and Literacy skills in order to provide accurate detail to other departments in the company.
Excellent level of PC knowledge is required, predominantly using Microsoft Excel.
Direct supply Chain experience is advantageous but not essential as our client is willing to train the right candidate with general administrator skills.
Knowledge of JDE software is also advantageous but not essential.
