Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Ashbourne
Hours: 9-5 4pm finish Friday
I am delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a Sales Administrator based in Ashbourne. My client has a history in excess of 4 decades, providing engineering solutions to a range of customers, offering bespoke vacuum and pressure formed plastic packaging to the food industry. From design to manufacture, the company are involved in providing tailored options across a number of specialist food packaging sectors that includes many household names. Due to continued growth and an enviable order book, they are now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Sales Administrator for their Ashbourne facility.
Sales order processing
* Raising sales orders within CentralOne and ZoHo.
* Liaising with material purchasing and production in order to generate Customer Order Acknowledgements, within a 48 hour target period.
* Entering call offs into CentralOne.
* Book-in deliveries with customers, organise transport and process paperwork within CentralOne.
* To assist with the generation of customer invoices and recording, and to resolve any resulting queries, liaising with Accounts when necessary.
* Monitoring stock levels for certain customers and ensuring levels are maintained, generating new Sales Orders if required (with primary responsibility for 2 Sisters Food Group).
Purchasing
* To generate purchase orders within CentralOne system for transport, to be authorised by FD, always trying to achieve best value for money.
* Book into CentralOne, generate a GRN if required and complete purchase orders.
* To give holiday cover when required for the purchasing of raw materials and consumable items.
Production
* To update Production Plan with all new Sales Orders, raw material purchase order information and any changes to delivery dates, highlighting changes to the Production department.
Responsibility for the following reports
* Submitting weekly stock reports to customers as required
