Our client is looking for a Valeter to join their busy Sales Support team.
The main purpose of the role is to support the Sales Department in presenting Caravan products to their very best, to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Main tasks of the role:
* Preparation of Caravans/Motorhomes for sale both externally and internally to a high standard
* Carry Service Department Valeting to Company Vehicles, Caravans & Cars.
* Use IT to record product details for use online, including the recording of damage
* Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and acceptance checks
* To assist in maintaining the showroom displays of products in a orderly and attractive manner
* Carryout Vehicle movements both on and off site, in a safe manner
* Assist with Sales Events on and off site
* Liaise with and utilise support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required
* Maintaining dealership standards by providing a high level of customer service and quality control at all times.
* Monitor and report on job activities and provide relevant management information including the logging of time and parts used using IT to carry out and record work information and process relevant documents.
* To be responsible for fault reporting of sales stock, including daily checks, ensuring they are maintained, safe, clean and tidy condition.
* Attend Training as detailed.
* Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
* Communicate with Sales Director to ensure work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction, noting specific customer requests.
* Appearance: To be neat and tidy at all times whilst using company information
* Time Keeping: To strictly adhere to the hours of work outlines in your contract of employment.
* Behaviour and Attitude: To deal with customers, suppliers and member of the public in a happy, helpful and professional manner, ensuring the company image of service excellence at all times.
