Job Title: Parking Host
Location: Taunton centre
Salary: GBP9.23 an hour
Hours: 8-hour day shift - to be flexible (between the hours of 8 am - 6pm)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parking Host with excellent customer service skills to join our clients team within the site in Taunton on a temporary basis.
The duties of this role will mainly include patrolling the car parks on foot with specific areas, completing traffic management where needed. Monitoring activity around the site and helping our customers to park appropriately.
Key accountabilities
Ensuring satisfied customers through polite, hospitable and cooperative interaction.
Conduct visible, regular patrols to maintain a clean, safe and healthy operating environment.
Ensuring customer parking is directed according to protocols and taking corrective action when needed
Undertake any other tasks as appropriate to meet operational contingencies.
Requirements:
Reliable
Accurate
Good working attitude
Team player and able to work on their own
Customer service background
Able to deal with difficult conversations
Excellent communication skills.Full training will be given to the successful candidate
