My client is looking for a Refuge Team Leader to join them on a temporary contract for initially 6 months. The role will be working in the Manchester area. The role is an immediate start and working Monday to Friday, 35 hours.
As a refuge Team Leader, you will be supporting the Refuge manager with daily tasks and provide line management to the refuge team including absence management, supervision, case review and annual appraisals. You will oversee and support all team members in risk assessment, needs assessment and support plans for all service users.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of managing staff and buildings in a housing management environment, have experience of working with vulnerable client groups and have an excellent level of understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on individuals and families.
You must also hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
