£25,156 - £30,921 (full time post – 37.5 hours)

Lindsey Lodge Hospice & Healthcare is run as an independent charity providing specialist palliative care to patients with life-limiting conditions and support to their families and carers. Our retail outlets based across North Lincolnshire, are an essential arm of our fundraising activities raising vital money to fund our work

Do you have lots of retail experience including managing a multi-site chain of shops? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the effective management and development of Lindsey Lodge retail outlets supporting our shop managers in order to maximise income from both our shops and other retail initiatives. This is an exciting time to be joining the Lindsey Lodge team as we develop our retail strategy to increase our sales and deliver targets.

We need an individual with a creative approach, together with leadership and excellent communication skills to support in taking the strategy forward.

You’ll have experience of managing retail performance, visual merchandising, stock control and on-line sales, whilst maintaining the highest possible retail standards, together with the ability to get the best from our teams of staff and volunteers. A willingness and ability to travel between our shops is essential.
