This is a fabulous opportunity to join a law firm in Southampton, Hampshire as part of their property litigation department dealing with landlord and tenant work.

The Firm
This multi office practice has a landlord and team which is one of the countrys leading providers of support, advice and claims handling within residential lettings, acting for legal expenses insurers and brokers, managing agents, corporate and private landlords and developers.

The Role
The successful Landlord & Tenant Paralegal must have the ability to handle a significant volume of landlord and tenant cases at all stages with, ideally, experience of estate agents, letting or litigation work in either a junior fee earning or administrative capacity.

The Candidate
They require an experienced litigation lawyer, with good contentious experience.
Other requirements include a strong work ethic, have an excellent and confident telephone manner, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with minimum supervision.Candidates will be a Paralegal with good working knowledge and experience of Court procedures and the litigation process in Court.
