Data Insight Analyst
Location: Stoke - (Located near the Stoke city centre train station) - Organisation allows remote working options - 3-4 Days a week working from home. Free parking is also available onsite.
Salary: Up to GBP27,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has come up to join a small but growing Data and Insights Team and work for an exciting organisation that has ambitious plans to grow, as they have recently started a new Greenfield software project associated with customer data and they require a talented Analyst to help them on their journey.
For this role, they are ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a current or previous Insight role, as you will have a lot of creative freedom to really stamp your imprint on how the Insight team goes forward, but you will also get the chance to learn and develop your Data and SQL skills as you will be supported by the Insights Manager.
Specific responsibilities are to include:
?? Producing weekly and monthly internal reports.
?? Supporting internal and external requests for ad hoc data, reports, and analysis.
?? Creating and maintaining BI dashboards for key stakeholders across the business.
?? Work directly with business functions to gather requirements and identify analytical and re-porting needs in line with business vision.
?? Taking a proactive role in identifying key and actionable insights beneficial to the business and seeking to help the business act on these in the right way.
?? Supporting management with relevant insights to aid business decision making.
?? Having 'ownership' of our company-wide CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, reporting on insights available and maintenance of the system and automation.
?? Supporting with data cleansing and data management.
Skills
?? Knowledge of MySQL/SQL desirable.
?? Experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI/Tableau desirable.
?? Advanced Excel Skills.
?? Analysis and problem-solving skills using logical and creative ways to resolve problems.
?? Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when communicating with directors and peers using non-technical language.
?? Data Storytelling and visualisation.
