Role: Scheduler / Planner
Location: Bootle
Hourly rate: GBP9 p/h
Start date: ASAP

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a scheduler/planner to join our utilities client with their capacity planning team.
To be successful in this role, you will be extremely organised with a very high attention to detail.
Responsibilities in the role:
Answers calls and emails from stakeholders to confirm appointments
Inputs customer data into company system.
Organise workflow and appointment by liaising with capacity manager
Collecting customer information to manage assignments
Maintain a high level view of key activities for individual areas
Ensure that available resource meets work demand.
Adhere to procedures and best operating practice.
Develop and maintain strong, supportive and positive relationships with all stakeholders
