Machine / Line Operators

This is a semi-skilled role with overall responsibility for the packing line efficiency, productivity and final pack quality of high value and bespoke coffee products.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a small team of packing staff ranging from 2 -6 people
• Ensure all products meet the Company`s rigorous QC process.
• Have a basic understanding / knowledge of machinery operation
• This is a hands role with a requirement to help train future operators
• Work Collaboratively with colleagues across other Production areas.
• Ensure H&S compliance is maintained at all times
• Have a flexible approach to your daily tasks. They could change quickly.
• There is a need to work occasional overtime to ensure customer orders are produced on time.
