My Manufacturing client based in Wednsebury are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:-
* Assisting HR Manager with recruitment processes
* Preparing job descriptions / adverts
* Liaising with agencies
* Responding to direct applicants, arranging interviews & recruitment administration
* Preparing offer letters, contracts and checking rights to work documentation
* Preparing new starter induction packs
* Conducting first day HR inductions
* Scheduling probationary meetings
* Administration for new starters & leavers
* Preparing & collating payroll documentation
* Producing salary review / confirmation of change letters
* Updating HR systems with any changes in relation to employees
* Employee relations supporting managers and HR Manager
* Maintaining all training records
* Adhoc administration
Key Skills:-
* Essential you have worked in a HR Assistant role previously
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive and confident nature
* Excellent IT skills - MS Word / Excel - ability to pick systems up quickly
