HR Assistant X2

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a top university based in Central London. This is a temporary position starting ASAP for 3 months. We need to recruit 2 HR Assistants. This role is paying GBP12.88 per hour.

The overall skills and experience that we think are required to do this role are:

Monitor inboxes, categorising and triaging queries
Respond to basis queries using email response templates
Flagging and forwarding urgent queries to the rest of the admin team as appropriate
Assist admin team with other administrative tasks as required, in line with the expectation for this salary band
High level of accuracy skills
Experience working in a busy office with high volumes of incoming queries
strong customer service and organisation skills
