If you have a passion for providing exceptional technical support, but also want to be involved in new pioneering projects, then this will be the job for you. You could be working for a rapidly growing, forward thinking technology business, who are want to bring on skilled and established 2nd Line Support Engineers into the team.
You will be working in a very inclusive culture, a social bunch who like to enjoy activities and events together. The role itself will be working closely with clients to provide IT support, as well as assisting with their overall IT strategy. For the successful candidate there is a chance to complete industry recognised courses, as well as progress into other areas that may be of interest i.e., cyber security or infrastructure.
Your job responsibilities with include:-
- Responding to 1st Line escalations
- Assist 3rd Line on delivery of IT projects
- Work closely with 1st and 3rd Line teams
- Provide technical support in a customer focused manner
Technical skills you will require:-
- Windows Server 2012 +
- Active Directory and Group Directory
- Office365
- Understanding of Cisco networks
- Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V
- 3 + years in service desk environment
