We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer with experience working to SIL2 Safety Standards, for an industry leading defence company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating automated software Tests for Adaptors
- Following defined 61508 (SIL 2) Software Standards and procedures
- Writing Test Cases for Software Requirements, Architecture and Detailed Design.
- Writing System/ Module / Unit tests for software adaptors between the ships data networks and sensor suites.
- Creating test Reports
Experience Required:
- Experienced Software Tester, with experience of 61508 (SIL 2) Software Standards and procedures.
- Confident with manual and automation test tools and be comfortable working with minimal supervision
