We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Coordinator for a company that offers a winter snow clearance and gritting service across several sectors and to a wide range of clients throughout the South East alongside their landscape installation and maintenance service.

As the Senior Contracts Coordinator, you will be supporting the Contracts Manager, Senior Management Team and Operational Teams to ensure effective planning and scheduling for the upcoming winter season. During the winter season the efficient mobilisation of the winter services team. This will include:

* Planning, organising, scheduling and the booking of their Gritting / Snow Clearance and Winter Maintenance Schedules and supporting the Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Invasive Species Teams.

* Proactively managing team issues related to jobs.

* Efficiently and accurately scheduling works onto several software scheduling systems.

* Daily interaction with customers, suppliers, internal teams, operational teams, and sub-contractors to update on progress of projects, answer queries, take request for quotations and resolve any issues.

* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with request effectively and efficiently, taking accurate and detailed messages and ensuring they are passed on to the relevant team member of department for resolution.

* Ensuring the operational, internal teams and sub-contractors are organised to deliver any works scheduled.

* Liaising with suppliers to place orders and organise deliveries to ensure jobs are delivered on time.

* Maintaining accurate records across all systems inline with company processes and procedures.

* The administration of the approved supplier and sub-contractor spreadsheet.

* Sourcing and setting up new sub-contractors ensuring information is collated along with insurance documentation and draft contracts.

* Supporting other departments to meet the operational needs of the business especially during peak season.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

* That you are an experienced Contracts Coordinator / Project Coordinator / Contracts Administrator / Project Administrator / Service or Resource Scheduler. If you have direct sector related experience that would be an advantage.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

* High attention to detail.

* That you are dynamic and able to move with the times in a fast-paced growing company, are happy to embrace change and technology and to be an innovative and a forward thinker.

* The ability to prioritise and manage your workload in what can be a pressured environment.

* Be committed and keen to progress.

* Commercial awareness and that you are KPI driven.

* The ability to multitask and to think on your feet.

Due to the involvement within Winter Services (mobilising gritting & snow clearing services) there is a requirement to be on call (this is on a rota basis) during the winter season.
