Our client, a leading food production company based in Ledbury are currently looking for food production operatives to start work with them on an on-going basis across 3 different shifts.
Working for a local award-winning business, you will be working within a food production environment where you must be aware of and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene procedures.
Pay rates:
GBP9.18 per hour for AM & PM shifts
GBP11.68 per hour for night shift.
Pay could rise to GBP15.78 per hour through the companies grading structure once you are fully trained.
Work is available across 3 fixed shifts (no rotation). Shifts available are as follows:
* 0600 - 1400 (AM)
* 1400 - 2200 (PM)
* 2200 - 0600 (Nights)
Your role will involve working on a production line using various processes to help in the manufacturing of food items. A high level of dexterity is required for the role as you will be expected to be keep up with the fast pace of the production line.
Prior to working for our client, you must attend an on-site induction which is a paid induction.
