Digital Data Manager

Our company is the leading supplier of Roof Estimating software and Quantity Surveying services to the UK roofing sector. We are small but growing fast. A key component of our services are the extensive databases of roofing products.

Job Functions:

• Collect product data by searching the internet and publications
• Entering and updating custom databases
• Developing relationships with manufacturers and other technical staff
• Work with our programming team to improve the AI functions of the data selection

A typical workday would be entering data that you had previously gathered into spreadsheets, importing the data into SQL databases, calling various manufacturers to find out missing data from your collection and joining online and face to face meetings with suppliers or our programming team to review the data.

Basic skills needed are computer literacy, understanding of spreadsheets, clear telephone manner and strong people skills.

Full training provided.

Salary

Starting at GBP22,000 with an increase to GBP23,000 at the successful completion of your six months probationary period. At your one-year anniversary there is another increase to GBP24,000.

We run a basic pension scheme, 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), time off in lieu of overtime.

Our office is in Bovey Tracey and our working hours are normally 9:00 - 5:00. Flexibility is available to meet specific needs and can be negotiated.
