Our client is experiencing rapid growth and therefore is recruiting for a Finance Lead. This role will be integral to the growth and performance of our client. The role will work to cover all aspects of financial control, budgeting and financial reporting.
Our client is looking for a hardworking, committed individual to join our team on an exciting journey.
14 Hours Per Week
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS
* CIMA qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' hands-on management accounting experience in a small or medium sized business
* Charity sector knowledge advantageous
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* Competent user of Sage Line 50
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to different audiences
* Ability to build rapport with the team as well as and all those in the wider business and external stakeholders
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to use initiative to resolve problems and suggest improvements.
* Clearly accountable
* Energetic and driven
* Seeks to find efficiencies
