Title: Operational Support - Provisioning
Location: West Midlands
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP28,000

My Client is looking for a Operations support professional who will work closely with the engineering department. This role will be supporting the Installation of new systems and maintaining the current systems out there. You will be ensuring they are delivering the best possible customer experience. You will need to find solutions to ensure all faults are prioritised and actioned accordingly, ensuring the customer receives regular updates.
Key Role and Responsibilities' Summary:
Provisioning:
* Record accurate details on our in-house CRM package.
* Project-manage the provisioning and provide regular feedback and updates to the customer via telephone and email.
* Liaise with carriers and suppliers to place orders for all voice and data products.
* Utilise various portals for the different products and suppliers.
* Liaise with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of all services.
Customer Services:
* Answering the telephone and emails and dealing with first-line queries.
* Logging support cases both internally and with external suppliers.
* Keeping the customer fully informed of updates.
