Are you a Property Manager looking for a North London based role managing a local AST portfolio? Do you want to look after a portfolio of good quality properties? Do you drive and have your own transport?
I am recruiting for an experienced Property Manager who has previously managed an AST portfolio. You will have full responsibility for a growing portfolio of properties and be responsible for
- Day to day management of a mixed portfolio of residential properties
- Coordination of maintenance and repairs
- Coordination of all statutory compliance checks and administration
- Conducting site inspections
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Project management including refurbishments
The Property Manager will have a fairly autonomous role and be fully responsible for their portfolio. You will have an understanding of the L&T act, be able to read a basic lease and enjoy a 360 degree property manager position.
