Property Manager - Cannock - up to GBP25k
This is a great opportunity to join this long-established independent Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive and reputable business in the area over several decades. They specialise in residential sales and lettings, property management, auctions, surveys, new homes sales, commercial property and land and new homes covering the Midlands and Staffordshire areas. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager with a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, registering tenant deposits and dealing with deposit returns.
Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm and alternate Saturdays 9am -12pm with half day off in lieu.
