Working within a small but friendly team, this role will see you being responsible for providing quality customer service and administration support by effectively handling enquiries, processing orders, liaising with internal and external departments regarding stock, deliveries and dispatch or orders and provide support to the Account Managers.

Your confident, proactive and flexible approach to work combined with your well-developed communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to excel in this role. You will have previous experience of taking high volumes of calls, strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and technology and high attention to detail.
