Our client, who are leading within construction field, are recruiting for a Planner Administrator to join their very busy team based in Horsham on a temporary basis to over maternity leave. You will have excellent organisation skills, be comfortable working at a fast pace and strong administration acumen and the ability to pick up new management systems reasonably quickly.

Working hours are: 07:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri) You must have a drivers license and vehicle due to the location.

Planner/Administration Responsibilities:

Support the engineering team with any administration , planning & scheduling
Plan and optimise all agreed work activities for operational field teams
Handle all enquiries via email/telephone
Update and maintain the contract programme and ensure work activities are on track, providing regular programme updates to the Resource and Planning Manager
Assist in the production and distribution of work packs to field teams
Be the regular point of contact for operational teams, providing resolution to any programme issues and/or escalating as appropriate

Planner/Administration Key Skills:

Excellent administration skills
Strong communication
Work well in busy environment Due to the location, off the A24 bypass, a key requirement is that you hold a full & valid Driver's License, along with owning your own vehicle so you can commute to the office daily.
