?? Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls
?? Processing incoming sales orders electronically and via phone
?? Entering sales orders onto the Company's I.T. systems
?? Communication with customers and delivery drivers in relation to orders and deliveries
?? General administration and office related duties
?? Out-going care calls to customers
?? Working with the M.D. to clarify purchasing requirements
?? Placing purchase orders
?? Managing payroll
?? Logging any disciplinary actions and outcomes
