WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Supervision of a team - supporting the Branch Manager with managing and training of all colleagues.
* Supporting the team in the execution of the Sales plan for the branch.
* Ensuring the safe and efficient management of daily operations.

Our client is a national Builders Merchant who is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to assist with the management of a growing branch based in Waltham Cross.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing a team with an inspirational man-management style, a commercially driven attitude to meet sales targets and an understanding of their target audience so a specific/flexible service can be offered.
