Commercial Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ-3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Commercial Property team at a heavyweight regional law firm in Warwickshire. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

The firm's large Commercial Property team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to commercial clients across a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters.

Workflows will include the following:

- Investment and Development

- Acquisitions and Disposals

- Landlord & Tenant

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience in Commercial Property matters. Experience of development work is desirable but not a pre-requisite provided that you have a passion for development work and the motivation to learn.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
