Recruitment Coordinator

Pure are currently recruiting for 2 Recruitment Coordinators to work for a well-established life sciences company located in South Cambridge. This role is initially a 6-month FTC position offering a competitive salary and hybrid working style.

Job Purpose
The successful applicants will be working as part of the People support and care team who is responsible for ensuring the HR service is efficient and effective for all employees within the business. People support and care provide first line support to employees throughout their careers within the business whilst supporting both HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams.

Job Responsibilities

Scheduling interviews
Candidate management- communications, offer paperwork and contract preparation
Right to work checks
Mobility support Skills required

Typically requires general education, vocational training and/ or on the job training and some related experience
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to communicate benefits effectively and practically.
