Ideal candidates will support the sales and lettings teams with an enthusiastic approach and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Individuals must have strong communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
These roles will involve working both in and outside of the office, successful candidates will therefore hold a full, clean driving licence.
As a trainee negotiator you will be trained to manage your very own database of prospective buyers/prospective tenants matching their requirements with our available properties.
Establishing relationships with potential sellers and landlords is paramount, sharing and effectively conveying the abbotFox proposition.
Responsibilities (full training will be provided)
* Managing a database of prospective buyers/tenants
* Arranging and occasionally accompanying viewings
* Arranging mortgage appointments
* Arranging valuations
* Actively seeking opportunities for potential new listings
* Build trusted relationships with vendors/landlords, managing expectations and ensuring they are kept updated throughout the sale process
