Just Recruitment is working with an organisation, based on the outskirts of Colchester - they are looking to add a Recruitment and HR Officer to their growing team.
Employing over 60 individuals - they are looking for a people centered candidate - to manage the recruitment process across the business, including the hiring of apprentices, temporary workers, and new permanent members of the team.
You will also need to manage training requirements, certifications across the business and deal with basic HR duties on a day-to-day basis.
Working closely with the senior management team - you will be able to strategically meet the hiring needs of the business, creating effective partnerships with local organisations and agencies, as well as meeting the expectations of the existing staff team.
To be successful in this role you must have proven recruitment experience, with the ability to attract talent at all levels.
You must be highly organised, with the ability to update internal records and diarise training requirements - ensuring all staff meet business compliance levels and hold the relevant industry certifications.
Offering part time hours - these can be either full days or during school hours.
Pay rate is dependent on candidates experience.
Due to company location you must have access to your own transport
