Bloompage Logistics is an equal opportunity employer based in Romford and operating out of Purfleet. We are going through a fleet expansion and are currently searching for professional and reliable HGV drivers to join us as we expand our operations with one of our key clients.
We are freight partners to the fastest growing online retailer in the world who expect the highest standards of employee treatment hence, we provide a safe, fair and inclusive environment for our drivers.
We remain focused on our clients' needs and know that only with a professional team of HGV Drivers would we be able to achieve this goal.
What does this job involve?
* 5 Days per Week Shifts.
* 60 hrs per Week paid regardless.
* Perform Trunking work - Driving only from fulfillment centre to fulfillment centre
* Clean work, no handball involved.
* Work variable shifts (12 hours shifts).
* 11hr Daily Rest on most days.
* No Nights Out/Home every day
* Over time at increased rate available
We are looking for drivers who:
* Hold a valid C+E license, Driver CPC Card (or DQC Card)
* Understand and comply to tachograph and driver hours regulations
* Minimum 6 months HGV 1 Driving Experience.
* Digital Tachograph card.
* Driver qualification card.
* Knowledge and understanding of the driving regulations in the UK.
* Clean Driving licence.
* Be flexible to work 60hr weeks on occasion
* No more than six penalty points on your license (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
* Comfortable with Mobile Phone applications (training will be provided if required)
* Possess a good attitude.
* Ability to communicate in the English language written and verbally.
