Greenacre are pleased to be recruiting for our client based Derbyshire for a Tenancy Management Officer.
You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the tenancy housing service and enforcement of the tenancy agreement, including the response to anti-social behaviour, in accordance with policies and procedures.
For this role you will need previous expereince in Enforcement of tenancy agreements, including for anti-social; behaviour. An enhanced DBS check and the use of a private vehicle for work purposes.
* To identify and to receive reports of anti-social behaviour and other relevant breaches of the tenancy agreement, to investigate cases involving tenants and to take appropriate action in accordance with policies and procedures.
* You will be drafting legal and associated notices, agreements and behaviour contracts
* Attending court hearings and appeals hearings and giving evidence under the guidance of a senior officer or legal practitioner
* To identify vulnerable customers and customers with support needs, to provide appropriate support for victims, reporters and witnesses of anti-social behaviour and other tenants in need and to refer to internal and external services and support providers.
* To liaise with and to work closely with colleagues and other relevant organisations to ensure the effective delivery of a seamless and responsive service. This includes co-ordinating action with teams responsible for rent arrears, breaches of repair obligations, statutory nuisance, working with the police, safeguarding and support
* To represent the Housing Service at evictions, to complete inventories and arrange for the storage and collection of goods, including live animals.
* To maintain and update accurately case management systems, paper and electronic records.
* To record and report safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedures.
