Our client is a highly successful, independent estate agency with an exciting opportunity for a strong Sales Valuer to join their team in Grays.
They specialise in residential sales and lettings. From their branch in the heart of Grays, they can cover a wide area of South Essex with this particular Sales Valuer focusing on SS17 (Stanford-le-Hope & Corringham).
To be considered for this position, you will have Sales Valuation/ Market Appraisal experience and a proven track record of winning instructions.
To be considered, you will need to have:
* Previous property sales experience
* Strong valuation skills
* Track record of winning instructions
* Superb communication and presentation skills
* Drive and determination
* Excellent work ethic
* IT literate
* Live locally to the office
* Full UK driving licence and own car.
Package
* Basic of GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 pa
* Realistic OTE of GBP45 - GBP50,000 pa
* Mileage paid
* 5-day week
