We are currently looking for committed Support Workers to provide a quality service working on a full time basis with our client in the Swansea and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for Support Workers who enjoy caring for adults with a learning or physical disability whilst maintaining their dignity, safety and independence.
This can include but not limited to:
* Cooking/preparing meals;
* Housekeeping/laundry
* Accompanying the people supported at social, leisure, recreational activities, hobbies
* Providing personal care.
Every person supported is an individual and they will look to you to work in a safe and professional way.
Support Workers will be required to promote the independence of the people enabling them to develop new skills and friendships and encourage them to enjoy a full life within the community.
There are a variety of shifts available with a thorough training programme and opportunity to gain QCF in health and social care.
A full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
Holiday entitlement will be based on 29 days (pro rata) per annum rising to 33 days (pro rata) per annum after 5 completed year's continuous service.
