Outreach Support Worker required for Warrington
Your new role
Your new role will involve providing housing related support to vulnerable homeless individuals. Your duties will include:
- Daily street walks to meet rough sleepers
- Visiting individuals living in temporary accommodation
- Advising on basic life skills
- Maintaining customer case files
- Liaising with Warrington Council Housing advice team to provide a collaborative approach
What you'll need to succeed
You're required to have 2 + years experience working with homeless individuals, an Update Service DBS and a driving license with own transport.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a contract until 31st March 2022 with the potential to extend beyond paying GBP23,000.
