This VC backed SaaS start-up offers a workforce experience platform that helps SMB and Mid-Market organisations unify the otherwise complex elements of successfully running a remote workforce.

Due to ambitious growth plans, our client is seeking a skilled Customer Implementation Manager to manage all of the technical aspects of the customer journey for UK & US clients. This will include the Technical onboarding of customers, providing first line support, and helping customers and their users with the day to day operation of the software (SaaS) platform.

Our client is looking for an individual who is comfortable working with a complex SaaS solution and who can handle themselves in a professional yet relaxed manner when speaking to customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hard-working and ready for the fast-paced world of SaaS start-up life.

The role of Customer Implementation Manager:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, the Customer Implementation Manager is responsible for:

* Deploying the SaaS platform into organisations ranging from 100 - 1000 users.

* Training key stakeholders to ensure maximum adoption of the platform.

* Providing consultation to new customers who are early in their change management journey.

* Providing 1st line support and 2nd line support overflow.

* Creating end user videos to help support your customers in their adoption of the platform.

* Helping keep knowledge-based articles up to date with recent developments.

Skills & Experience required:

* Experience with provisioning and supporting sophisticated business (B2B) software.

* Obsessive about delivering a great customer experience and service.

* Quick learner when it comes to new tech!

* Demonstrable success in supporting small and medium sized organisations.

* Experience in telephone and web based support.

* Ability to provide customer training either on-site or remotely.

* Ability to document and communicate processes to customers and staff.

* Knowledge of Hubspot and other CRM platforms would be beneficial.
