A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to make their name known with one of Gloucestershire's top employers! Acting as central support to the HR & Recruitment team, the successful candidate will be working from home 3 days out of 5 and liaising daily with a wide variety of people within the business. This is initially a 6-month temporary assignment but there could be potential future opportunities for the right person.
The HR Administrator will:
Assist with the HR Administration relating to the onboarding of all payrolled workers, including contractors, temps & consultants.
Manage the HR Administration related to said onboarding, including checking documentation, ensuring IR35 compliance, booking training, arranging first day processes etc.
Manage a personal workload to ensure that all deadlines are met effectively.
Liaise with stakeholders within the HR team, the wider business and externally.
Act as a point of contact for onboarding queries, to the level expected of the HR Administrator
Work to resolve issues, wherever possible, before escalation to more senior team members.
We are really keen to hear from you, if:
You are available to start immediately and commit to a 6-month temporary contract.
You have previously worked as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar
You have excellent verbal and written English skills & the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a business hierarchy.
The company:
The HR Coordinator will be taking a pivotal role in a busy but close-knit HR & Recruitment team within one of Gloucestershire's most desired employers. This role will give you direct access to the central workings of the hiring teams within the business and the opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders across the company. Our client is known for offering further opportunities to people who prove their worth during temporary contracts so, while this is not guaranteed, who knows where this temporary role may take you!
Due to Covid-19, you will be working from home 3 days out of 5 but there will be no end of support available - our client has onboarded numerous people virtually over the last 12 months. When in the office, you will be working in bright, inviting professional offices with fantastic facilities both on site and in the local vicinity.
Full training and support will be delivered by the HR team once you start, and Niche Recruitment will also be on hand to ensure that you have everything you need to settle into your role and reach your full potential.
