Key Responsibilities
Work alongside Line Managers to establish recruitment needs
Write job descriptions and advertise roles
Collate incoming CV's and shortlist for Managers
Conduct a initial pre-screening call and liaise with Managers on candidates to progress
Organise interviews for Managers
Provide feedback and progress successful candidates
Brief Recruitment Agencies where required
Key Skills
Experience within a recruitment or resourcing role is essential
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and candidates
Good problem solving skills with the ability to work under own initiative
