School Caretaker Job, Chelmsford, Essex
Type of contract: Temporary to permanent
Salary: GBP12 to GBP15 per hour (temp) GBP22183 - GBP24491 (perm)
Hours of work: 37 hrs per week (6.45am - 10.15am and 2.45pm - 6.30pm
Start date: September 2021 - date to be confirmed.
We are working in partnership with a primary school based in Chelmsford, Essex who require a new Site Manager to join their friendly school team.
As the Site Manager you must:
** Have experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
** Take pride in the appearance and condition of our school, both internally and externally
** Be committed, self- motivated, intuitive and accountable
** Proactively be able to carry out maintenance and general repairs
** Be a good communicator and team player and work well collaboratively with others from both inside the school and with external partners
** Be able to line manage and carry out performance management reviews
** Be flexible and adaptable
** Be the main key holder for the school and grounds and be able to attend site in an emergency as part of the out of hour's school team.

** 23-27 days holiday to be taken in school holidays
** 3.5 hours working in the morning with a 4 ?? hour break and 4 hours in the afternoon
