Night Shift Plant Operative in Worcester
Are you a production operative looking for a new opportunity on a night shift, with a healthy shift premium? Are you a production operator/ plant operative wants to use their skills with a business willing to invest in you?
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Production Operative. They are a recycling process establishment and part of a much larger group.
The Company:
With the company's success continuing to grow steadily, they are looking at expanding the work force on site in order to maintain production levels. They are a market leader within recycling processing and are looking forward to another successful year within this marketplace.
The Role:
The role will involve:
* General light maintenance and lubrication of machines (outsource all other maintenance)
* Loading shovels,
* Working with mobile plant
* Driving forklifts/ working a telehandler
* Stripping board, managing pallets
It is a varied role so duties mixed between operators
Training will be provided on everything, willing to put people through NVQ's long term in Heavy plant.
The Candidate:
* Operator/Hands on experience within an industrial environment/recycling
* Happy working in a dusty dirty environment
* Telehandler/front end loading shovel/Counter balance/forklift license - able to give training and licenses they don't have
* Happy to work a night shift
