Chartered Building Surveyor job clientside with home working
Your new company
This landlord specialises in SME tenants with over 5000 properties across the UK. They have a keen focus on their tenants and ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standard.
Your new role
You will be managing a project workload across the North predominantly, with some travel to the South and West. You will oversee renewal works, tenant alterations and process change of use. You will work closely with the wider Estate team to gather survey reports and collaborate with them to ensure properties are ready to let on time. You will provide sound technical advice about asset failure, compliance and party wall matters ensuring contractors are completing works as specified. You will keep stakeholders up to date, managing cost and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Building Surveying degree with MRICS chartership as a minimum. You will have a well rounded commercial background delivering multiple small works projects at any one time. You will have sound technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues a like. You will also have knowledge of CDM and site regulations.
