Carpenter needed for a response repairs on local authority properties. Through to Jan 2022
Responsibilities:
Undertaking Carpentry repairs mainly - (i.e. new doors, window boards etc.).
Other trade related work such as Lock repairs / replacements / tiling / decorating / door replacements and various remedial repairs
Requirements:
Must have all tools for housing repairs - Carpentry
Experience in basic plumbing, patching, tiling, decorating
Full driving license.
