A fantastic opportunity has arisen within one of the UKs leading Waterproofing Contractors, who are specialists in providing Basement Waterproofing, Damp & Timber solutions to a large portfolio of clients in the public and private sector. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an enthusiastic Waterproofing Technician to join their team in London.
As a Waterproofing Technician, you will be responsible for the onsite installation of a range of waterproofing systems and products which include Cementous Tanking, Cavity Drain Membranes, External Membranes, Liquid Membranes and Sump Pumps. You will have good knowledge of BS(Apply online only) and will have experience with both internal and external waterproofing systems.
You will be working on a mixture of residential and commercial sites across London, so having good transport links into London is essential.
The ideal applicant will possess:
Full UK driving license
Experience in damp proofing and/or waterproofing/tanking
Experienced construction/building labourer
Valid CSCS card
Experience in plastering and rendering
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understand all the aspects of BS(Apply online only) and other relevant industry standard
Excellent knowledge of the products and systems commonly used in waterproofingThis is a permanent full-time role and the successful Waterproofing Technician will receive a salary up to GBP40,300 (dependant on experience), along with a fully expensed company vehicle, company pension scheme, mobile phone, and additional benefits.
