We have a fantastic opportunity for skilled Machine Operator's to join our team working for a global FMCG company based on the Slough Trading Estate.
GBP10.35 - GBP13.98 per hour
4 on 4 off shift patterns
7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
Ongoing contract role
Subsidised canteen
On-site parking
The Role:
Identify and escalate any deviation from standard.
Work as part of a shift team to deliver required operational tasks.
Deliver the required standards and outputs of safety, hygiene, quality, value and service from a number and range of assigned machines, processes and/or equipment to achieve area KPIs.
Good team player, excellent communication skills, productivity driven
To be trained in and demonstrate good Health and Safety, food and hygiene (eg COSHH & HACCP).
Have ability to hand pack at standard operating capacity (SOC).
Ability to carry out general factory duties examples are cleaning, strip down machines and operate basic machines to SOC.
Validated in the necessary requirements for the role such as pallet trucks.
Must be validated in the mandatory Safe Systems of Work (SSWs) required on-site.
Operative to demonstrate good hygiene practices.
