Position: Repairs Supervisor
Location: East London
Salary: (Apply online only) plus company vehile fuel, tools and generous benefit scheme
The role:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor on behalf of one of London's largest and most established housing associations.
They are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a large team of operatives covering all repairs and maintenance.
Duties include
Supervision of the area/patch, ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and
productively
Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
Providing assistance and technical advice where required
Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries, issues or complaints
Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
Liaising with and monitoring subcontractors
Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted on time
Attend inspections where necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
* Maintenance/repairs industry knowledge, ideally within social housing
* Trade background desirable
* Ability to use of SOR codes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
