Due to continued growth and the onboarding of exciting new clients, eSift are currently on the lookout for a Recruiter to be based around the Worksop area. You will have the confidence to manage hiring managers and candidates and being an imbedded member of our clients inhouse team. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys a varied role within recruitment. Our client are going through a lot of growth and require a number of Production staff.

Location: Worksop / Remote / Onsite / On the Road
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Initial 6 months, with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities

Identifying pools of labour within the area and surrounding areas - this may include connecting with agencies, recruiters, and other 3rd parties to identify recruitment pools
Running recruitment campaigns targeting specific areas of high manufacturing businesses and high unemployment
Maintaining close contact with Job Centres and identifing work academy opportunities/other ways of accessing the labour
Research the points of difference of other companies recruiting in the area and defining proposals for our client to attract the candidates to them
Reviewing all campaigns launched, managing the advertisements, monitoring response rates and analysing all methods of recruitment used to defined most effective for future
Assist with branding and improving upon current advertising methods
Sift applications, participate in the interview and selection process
Assist with referencing new candidates
Identify transport links or opportunities to provide company transport to get the best access to the labour pools
Candidate communication - acknowledging applications, follow-up for interviews - acceptance or rejection.
Take the process to job offer confirmation stage
Provide updates on targets / objectives agreed for the recruitment process Our ideal candidate will have/be;

Previous recruitment experience - in-house or agency.
Experience of partnering with business areas effectively, driving best practice.
Strong administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with a variety of ATS's
A confident approach to communicating with stakeholders and candidates via phone and email.
